Year 6 Camp
This week has been an extremely busy one! Our Year 6 students have had the opportunity to get away to camp and explore what leadership is all about. They have had a fantastic time in conditions that can only be described as 'testing'. Throughout they have shone and represented our community and their families in such a positive way. We are all very proud.
"This group is the best behaved we have seen and a credit to your school" Ivan (camp coordinator).
Recent flash flooding
As a school we wish to extend our support to the families in our community that have been affected by the recent flash flooding event. Whilst we are aware that families in our community are suffering, we would also like to support all in our community and consequently have begun collecting funds that will assist with their immediate expenses. These will be gifted to families in need via organistations such as St Vincent de Paul. If you would like to support this cause please contact the office to make a donation. If families require urgent assistance for clothing or food, please visit the St Vincent de Paul shop in Woolgoolga (the Vinnies Chapter will cover all costs) or contact Ray Rincheval on 0423 403 301.
Wildfire
On Wednesday and Thursday next week we will be blessed with a visit from Wildfire. Please click on the link below to find out more about Wildfire.

What does it mean to be a leader?
Year 6 unpacked the qualities of a leader and then applied those qualities in team building exercises during the week. Witnessing students using their gifts to help others really brings the schools mission statement to life.
What a privilege to spend time with an amazing group of students, a great evening of teamwork and fun, thank you Year 6.
Maths Warm Up
This week, as with every week, lots happening and so much to share. Let’s begin with a Maths focus and a snapshot of the Warm Up phase of our Maths Block. Students engage with warm up activities at the beginning of a lesson, consolidating key skills. Take a look at what that can look like across the school.
